To
be held at The Club House, Contrary to the
official notice that went out to all club members stating that "no
Nominees will be acceptable on the evening of the AGM" is
unconstitutional and totally in irregular. The only proposals that
have to be submitted to the Secretary prior to the AGM in writing
are additions to the AGENDA or proposed amendments to the constitution.
It remains any members right to nominate any persons on the evening,
as minutes of previous AGM's will clearly demonstrate. |
